This website is a brochure. It collects almost nothing, this page says exactly what, in plain language.
lite-softwares.com is the public website of Lite Software Solutions (FZE), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. It is a static informational site: no user accounts, no login, no customer database. The only personal data it handles is what you choose to send us.

If you never use the form, the site collects no personal data from you at all.
Your enquiry is sent by email to info@lite-softwares.com and used only to reply to you. It is not added to a marketing list, not used for profiling, and never sold or shared with anyone.
We measure how this site is used with Matomo, an open-source analytics tool that runs on our own server — the same way we build software for our customers: data stays in the house. It is configured cookie-free: it sets no cookies, stores no personal identifiers, anonymises IP addresses and respects your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting. What we see is aggregate — pages viewed, approximate country, device type — and it is never shared with any third party, advertising network or data broker.
Your browser’s storage is used only for small cosmetic preferences, such as skipping the intro animation, and that information never leaves your browser.
The site is served from commercial hosting infrastructure. Like any web server, that infrastructure processes standard technical request data in the course of delivering pages.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google’s servers see standard request data when a page loads. Our product apps dPoints App and MyBWallet are separate services with their own privacy policies, published on their own websites and app-store listings. Our other products are provided to customers under signed agreements that govern their data handling. This policy covers this website only.
Write to info@lite-softwares.com to ask what we hold from your enquiry, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We’ll answer plainly.
If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new effective date. This version is effective August 2026.
